  • Lauren Owens

    Lauren Owens

    SUPERVISING PRACTITIONER

I am a naturopath new to the Northern Rivers. I take the time to listen wholeheartedly to every patient when addressing their health concerns, considering their past health history, diet, lifestyle, genetic susceptibilities, environmental exposures, emotional state and much more. My aim is to restore health in a gentle manner at a pace that the patient feels comfortable with, and which can be sustained. Our bodies have an incredible ability to heal if we support and nourish them. It has been amazing to see how people came together and helped in any way they could after the floods. I love meeting and talking with so many beautiful people through Community Herbal Care and hope I've been able to help them at a difficult time.
